Sunday, September 14, 2008Okay. The bumming around has stopped. What a bummer.
I got myself a temporary job (thank you Siti) . The pay is most welcomed. And the jobs I will be doing seem not bad, for a few months at least. To do this for long term will be a waste of my qualification I believe. Not that I really mind but in long term I gotta look at a lot of other stuffs that all boil down to: prospects.
For the past few days the job hasn't been very exciting though. I hope I get other assignments soon. Hoho, I'm a workaholic.
Been applying to more jobs now. Invited and attended one interview. Invited to another interview. But the HR lady didn't send me an e-mail regarding the details as promised. The HR lady for the first interview also forgot to send me an e-mail until I called to ask. Was I that forgettable? :P I wonder if I should call on Monday to postpone. The interview is on Monday you see.
Am somewhat hoping for an overseas placement in my job now cause of problems at home. I want to be away for a while. Home is not doing good to my state of mind and body. Serious.
Anyway, how is everyone else doing? I seem to keep missing some gatherings. I think it's the rain. Don't like to be unsheltered when rain is falling. Haha. Hope to attend the next one though.
